I do not recommend this business at all! I can relate to a number of these reviews! I placed an order for my sons first birthday over 5weeks ago and still havnt had any communication with this company, despite me leaving many phone messages and sending many emails!! All this has done is make me stress about his party- not make it stress-free!! I have now had to source other items from other companys which has left me out of pocket. Its even more frustrating that they have taken the money from my CC, yet i cant even communicate with them! I WILL be taking this further if i do not recieve my goods in the next 7 days!

I do not recommend this business at all. The only thing they succeeded with was making my party planning experience very stressful. I ordered a variety of products for my daughters first birthday party MONTHS before as I like to be organised. They did not answer or return phone calls. I had no idea whether all my party supplies were even coming. There was just simply no communication! In the end they turned up the day before, but missing one of the products! One year later I am still waiting for my refund, but again, they still do not respond to communication. They also packed my order in a thin plastic postal bag, so the cups and plates all got squished in the post! It still makes me sad to think of how stressed out I was over planning my daughters first birthday (my first child too). They have no right to claim to take the stress out of party planning. That is totally untrue. What an unprofessional business.

I do not recommend this business!! I placed an order in February for my son's first birthday (which is in May). Nothing has arrived despite now waiting for some 10 weeks - and my phone calls and emails remain unanswered. I now have to scramble to try to source the party supplies from elsewhere to be able to send out invitations in time. As for the $400 I spent - I'm at a point where I have no other choice than to commence legal proceedings to recover it as I cannot get any response from them about a refund, despite repeated requests. It's my son's first birthday (first child) - there are no words to express how disappointed and upset I am! My worst experience with an internet business - and I order over the internet regularly.

I would like to say a BIG thankyou to the staff at Blissful Kids. I live in country NSW and placed an order on Tuesday arvo. After checking stock availability and delivery with a few back and forth emails I placed my order and received it Thursday, the day before my daughters birthday and she abslolutely loved it. I couldn't believe it actually arrived so quickly. They were the only ones online who stocked Wizards of Waverley Place party decorations and I was very impressed with the service. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Don't use this business. Too stressful and frustrating. Reasons 1. Ordered month before party. Only half order received day before party with no explanation why some missing. So had to rush to get these items. 2. No one would return emails or phonecalls on order status so had no idea order would arrive. 20+ emails and calls not returned. 3. Would not refund money for missing items. 4. This took 6 months. 5. When I finally spoke to them they said delay was my fault because I gave them the wrong bank details. Therefore took no responsibility or made no apology for delay, lack of response and communication, and pitiful customer service. I tell everyone these facts. Do yourself a favour and don't use them. It will only make you miserable, frustrated and potentially out of pocket!

One of the worst businesses I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They did not answer emails or phone calls & did not respond to the messages I left. I ended up opening up a dispute with paypal and having to threaten to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs before I got any response. I did end up getting my goods, but extremely late which was disappointing given that I then had to send out invitations for my daughter's first birthday very late.
I would highly recommend that people do not do business with this company as there are plenty of professional businesses out there more deserving of your business.

  Thankyou for your review on True Local. I apologise that you have not been able to contact us. We have full time staff, so the phone is monitored during business houres Eastern Standard Time. We have changed how we advise custoemrs in relation to thier orders and hope that this grealty improves thr communication. Thankyou

i have ordered from blissful kids parties for the last 4years and have had good service and all my orders arrived on time from them there products are great and my daughter has enjoyed every party thanks to blissful kids parties.

Simlarly to the previous post I do not recommend this business.I made an order about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my products. I have attempted to contact them via email. I received no response. I then attempted to contact them by phone and have had to leave a message and still haven't heard anything back.

I have now raised a dispute through PayPal and am waiting for the outcome. But I would not buy through this company!!!

I do not recommend this business. I ordered from their online store which claims to ship goods within 3 business days. Two weeks passed and my items had still not arrived (and I had not been advised of any problem fulfilling the order) so I attempted to contact them via email. I received no response. I then attempted to contact them by phone numerous times but they didn't answer and their voicemail was full so I couldn't even leave a message. In the end, I sought a refund through PayPal. Whilst the refund was given, there was no explanation as to why the order was shipped in the first place!!

  Thankyou for your feedback. Blissful Kids Parties advise custoemrs to order thier items 4 weeks before their party. We will send out in stock items within 3 business days, hwoever out of stock items are ordered from the US and take several weeks to arrive. We have changed our process of informing customers about items in their order that may need to be ordered. Customers have the option of a refund for those items, changing the item or waiting for it to be ordered for thier party. The items we sell are from the US and not available in Australia, demand can mean that some items are out of stock, although we hold over 10,000 items at any given time. We have changed the way we contact customers so they are fully informed about the progress in their order. Thankyou
