    Has to be the worst blockbuster in Australia. The way the business is run the staff themselves are great the management on the other hand is far from ok i hired a game when i got home it wouldnt work as it was a brand new disk i took it back the response that i got was oh well ill have to send it the manufacture an wait till it returned for me to get again would not what so ever let me change the game as i wasted $13 dollars an was told ill have a credit on the same game so i walked out with nothing not how a business should be run not to mention how rude one staff was would not even look at a proceeded to continue marking dvds an would not come over to talk to me as far as im concerned the account is now cancelled and ill never return to that shop again i hope a few of you realise the frustration i have an do not trade business there ....

    customer service is fine no problems at all. The staff and the store are clean and well presented. i have lost dvds and such in the past and the staff have given me time to find the dvd or ive paid to replace it as i did loose their property. unlike other dvd stores iv been to in the past where they just say you stole it and charge you a fortune!. Have delt with for about 2 yrs now, and will continue to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMENDED OVER MANY VIDEO STORES ON THE COAST.

    no stars to offer here im affraid! very poor customer service offered..
    I purchaced a dvd set from this store as I decided that I purchace my own copies these days as we all know videoshops love to hand out dvds, quiet good anyway cause i get 2 watch it later and costs me less most the time:P so it was when I (The Customer) had had some troubles with a BRAND NEW! triple dvd pack it was completely unwatchable, i presented myself back to the store i purchased the dvds from ( with receipts) chasing an exchange not even a refund @ this point when i was told that they would send the dvd back to where they purchaced it with no guarentee of replacement.. at this point i became quiet pissed off, told them i would now like a refund for the dvd set as in my opinion they were being totally unreasonable when all i was after was an exchange as i hadent even had a chance 2 watch the movies. They went on to accuse me of scratching dvd etc. Wouldnt refund either.. ended up holding dvds and my reciept telling me to leave the store and go 2 fair trading.. As far as im concerned its not how u run a buisness and i certainly will never take mine to them again or recommend them to another person.. Sorry but you look after customers if you want them 2 keep coming ;) hope fair trading went well!

      I was actually in the store when this incident occurred and from the sounds of it you forget what happened, you have left out the fact that you were screaming all sorts of profanities at the top of your lungs to the staff and if I recall correctly you were the one wanting to take it to fair trading. I remember this day as I was shocked that someone could be so irrational over a DVD, it was clear the staff were only trying to help and it was completely unnecessary to act in the manner in which you did, I also think it was horrible that two males were showing so much disrespect to two female employees, if you didn't notice during your tantrum there were actually families in the store and no one let alone children need to here the words that came out of your mouth, so as far as I'm concerned the store doesn't need your service either.
