We are a couple of blocks from famous Chapel Street, which is one of Melbourne's prime shopping areas, we are also only two kilometres away from the city itself. Connected by trams in both directions and located on the corner of Toorak Road, Millswyn Street runs between gorgeous Fawkner Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens. We are a hop, skip and a jump from the Melbourne Cricket Ground - ok well a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cab ride, close to the Grand Prix circuit (easily audible in Feb), a short tram ride to the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), the Victoria and Prahran Markets, the Rod Laver Tennis Centre and many of the Overseas consulates.
