OMG i came to the blu c cafe last week and i did not expect what i got, i can't believe the quality of food and the customer service i got. i thought it was a little cafe that does only cakes and sandwiches ow how i was wrong i had atlantic salmon with grilled asparagus and hollandaise sauce and my husband had apparently 300gm "more like 500gm" scotch fillet with a greek salad it was AMAZING we will return not only for the quality but the size of the meals and the price$$$$ so cheap everyone MUST try.

Recentley I went to the Blu C Cafe, and I was less than impressed.
A few of us ordered at the same time, and then 2 of my friends came in about 10 mins later.
Our friends food came out first, even though we ordered the same thing just 1 had different sauce.
So that was a little dissapointing.
So we got over that little thing, no biggie.
We then went to eat our meals, and the chips were cold, stone cold.
We told the staff behind the counter, and said sorry, i'll tell the chef, and that's it! no replacement or compensation!
the chicken schnitzel was cheap even though we paid pub prices.
Salad was bland and dry.
Needless to say, I will never visit this "Cafe" again.

  i don't mind getting bad reviews if there just. but your comments are completely false, we only use premium chicken breast and its way cheaper than any pub around, what ever sauce you ordered is the sauce you got and if you told staff there was a problem i (luke burns the chef) would of been at your table straight away sorting the issue out as that is what i ALWAYS do regardless of how big or small a problem may be "it does not happen often at all" in fact this is the first ever complaint regarding the chicken schnitzel. so to summarise of course i would love you to come back and i would be happy to listen to any truthful criticism you have to offer as for the above complaint it is false and did not happen sorry you felt the need to lie on this constructive criticism blog maybe we will see you again but i won't be to disappointed if i don't.

  We did tell the girl at the counter that there was an issue, and she said she would tell the chef, so if you didn't hear about it, then maybe you should speak to your staff about not telling you about complaints
  The chips were cold, and I am surprised you didn't notice the plates that were coming back with heaps of chips on them.
  
  The chicken may have been premium, but I didn't like it.
  By wrong sauce I meant my friend and I ordered different sauce, they both came as ordered. (which surprised us that something was done right).

  So because your personal taste is not like everyone else's the cafe suffers from a bad review the chips are all temperature checked before they leave the kitchen so other than the chips and the fact your personal taste came in to play what exactly would you like me to do better in future ? As this blog is for constructive comments not personal problems how many people where at.your table and if the food was that bad why didn't 1 of you send your food back to the kitchen I hope to see you again but I won't loose sleep if I.don't thanks for your personal opinions

  Well if the chips are temprature checked, then I think it may be wise to check the thermometer you use, as all ours were cold.
  and again, we complained to the staff, and they said they will tell the chef.
  and yes, i didn't like chicken, and due to that plus other things, i put a bad review up.
  It doesn't change the fact that the dining area was dirty, and the chef had dirty clothes on.
  I have advised my friends of my disgust in this place, and will not be visiting you again, because clearly you cannot accept criticism, and you have blatant disregard for your customers complaints.

  We have a cleaning company clean 7 days a week I am the chef and at the end of a busy night I may have some flour on me but I wouldn't say I'm dirty I am ending this argument all I can say is your always welcome but again I won't loose ANY sleep knowing you don't like quality chicken

I think that i can speak for the staff at Mv2, that THIS is the home of the Cajun chicken burger .Get there and try it... or maybe 3 or 4. It is simply amazing!!!!

i have never tasted salt and pepper squid like you make it, not to mention your mushroom sauce is to die for. the way you set the restaurant up of an evening is more like a fancy restaurant than a cafe keep up the good work ill see you real soon. ps i love the wine list premium wines and veeeerrrry good prices
