    I will never build with Blue Haven again. I should have not gone the cheapest option. I saw the builder once or twice and never saw them again after peg out for the dig. I was left to deal with uninterested and rude sub-contractors. Poor customer service. Now 12 months on my pool is leaking and no one seems interested and I do not know what is wrong. I have spoken to quite a few people and yesterday was told the rain must be holding up repairs, before today it had not rained in at least 3 weeks. Research your pool build a bit better than I did.

    We also had terrible experience with blue haven (they were the only ones who came out to give us a quote so unfortunately we proceeded with them). We were told that one of their staff would project manage the whole thing . The excavator came out & didn't even know how deep to dig. We contacted Blue Haven & no one wanted to deal with it. Luckily my husband was home. He calculated it all & helped the excavator work things out.

    We had to chase them to find out what's happening. They sent out material with things missing & We had to run back & forth to their store to pick up the missing material (otherwise it wouldn't have been completed anytime soon!)

    At the end of the entire horrible process, it didn't get even council approval! The final product wasn't the same as the original plan. We ended up contracting another individual to fix it up for approval.

    I would not recommend Blue Haven to anyone!

    I have had a terrible experience with them.
    Please do your research before considering them.
    If you do a search for Blue Haven Australia reviews you will get the picture
    I only wish I read up on them before I signed my contract
    They may have been ok a decade ago but I would not trust them today

    We had our swimming pool renovated by Blue Haven Pools. The results are great; the effect of Pebblecrete compliments our sandstone and bushy environment.

    Unfortunately, customer service was just not evident; we were not kept up to date on the process and progress; when the job would begin and complete. It seems this company has no sense of organisation/co-ordination nor do they care much for their paying customers. Unfriendly and evasive over the phone, never able to inform what to expect to take place next. We weren't in a hurry to have the pool completed but only asked to be kept informed.

    They sure have a sale staff who CAN talk but didn't hear from them again after we signed on the dotted line.

    Not the cheapest of quotes. We had to hire sandblasting contractors separately to cut down the cost excessively.

    Credits that I can give will have to go out to their contractors. and some of the staff sure did their jobs and did them well and professionally. They were considerate and cleaned up their mess. Left just as quickly as they came, with no fuss.

    So if you're up to paying and chasing up to have a job of big expense done, then this one is for you!
