    I know it's a chain - and I'm philosophically opposed to shopping in anything but independent boutiques - but I can't help dropping into Blue Illusion whenever I walk by. And every 3rd or 4th visit, I find something I can't live without. Great for long wearing, fabulous fitting, season spanning basics like pants, shorts and interesting tops and cardis - with occasional dollops of just the right frock, funky shoes and belts, gorgeous necklaces and one-off decorative or gift items. Some of the stuff can be a little mumsy/daggy - but it's worth a crawl through it for the gold. And the staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful.
