Gentle Hatha Yoga poses combined with flowing vinyasa sequences, using breath as a focus and closing with deep yoga relaxation. Develop physical strength and flexibility, emotional balance and mental serenity.

Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners. 

Classes Wednesdays 6.30pm to 7.45pm, 
Monkani Guide Hall, 
145 Cochrane Street Brighton. 
$15 per class or $120 for 10 class pass.

Private lessons available.

Qualified from Australian Yoga Academy and Member of Yoga Australia.
