    Coffee was good but my pancakes was not and definitely not recommended. They appeared to be premade and reheated and subsequently were dry, flat and wrong in texture. However, what came next was the most frustrating part. When I raised the issue with the staff at the counter, they responded with no apology but a simple smile followed by we don't make them here. Do you want to pay cash or credit? There was another staff to him and they didn't even flick or acknowledge that I was making a compliant. So much for quality service. For me, the trip to the Blue Lotus was extremely disappointing, it was a terrible meal followed by extremely poor customer service.
