Bluestone Café is an enjoyable place for good food, drinks, coffee and a casual atmosphere. The café is conveniently located within the business district of Sydney and offers breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday. Both menus are extensive including for breakfast, Blueberry bagel, Buttermilk pancakes, toasted breads and big breakfast plates. For lunch, there are grilled sandwiches, salads, pastas and a fusion of seafood, meat and vegetarian mains. Eat in or takeaway from the counter.

    used to be a great little cafe but service and coffee has really gone down hill since new management took over. The coffee's very weak...all milk and no caffeine kick. Staff can't take basic coffee orders...don't expect for requests on sugar or double shots to be taken properly and if you try to correct the incorrect order, you can expect a very curt response. Expect service with a frown at this cafe. Such a shame, will have to find a new coffee place

    I have been going here for years & never had a bad cup of coffee yet.
    It's a great outside breakfast, lunch or coffee spot on a hot or rainy day, as there is shade & shelter.
    The prices are fairly average, but the coffee & food is not.
    The food choices are excellent for all kinds of tastes, even vegetarians get a good choice here.
    The service is usually very average at the tables, to slow when it is very busy, but last time I went there I was served by a wonderfully efficient waitress named Hannah, who not only gave great service, but I watched her work alot harder than anyone else there & she did it all with such a pleasant demeanour & kept smiling the entire time, definitely an asset.
    This is not the place to take children, but a great place to take friends & colleagues.

    bluestone cafe is really good for a quick coffee fix. They also have one at uni, but in my opinion the one in the city is much better. the pumpkin soup is delicious, espieicaly when you have it with their homestyle bread.
