    I was appalled at the service from the bussiness of BMRus.
    I requested a part be sent to me in QLD and was assured by staff and management, that it was the correct item as i had to cover the postage both ways (I even sent the vin # for the part and detailed descriptions.) It arrived and i found it was for a completely different model of car and was of no use to me. After contacting them they were very reluctant to help me out. It took 1 month of phone calls to finally secure a refund but the cost of postage to Qld from Melbourne and return was was paid by me at a cost of $100, even though they made the mistake. great service thanks for wasting my money.
