    I would never recommend Bob Shearn Removalist nor will I ever use them again. They were not professional at all. Spent half an hour at the start cleaning their truck ONTO our driveway before moving could even start!!! Very slow costing you more than it should, so much for doing this for a living... we move things faster and it's not our job! We had to get in there and help or it would never happen. They don't fill the truck up so they do more runs (taking more time). They charge more than others $100 with NO INSURANCE! I was told on the phone that the insurance was for transit and that if their guys damage anything it will be replaced, but on the day we were told there was no insurance... you need to pay $120 an hour for that. Not comparable to other removalists. They don't bring their own water or first aid kit ... and then expect to take lunch breaks while you have to pay for it. They only take COD so we were told an amount but then Bob called and said we underpaid and that he had a different story from his employee and charged us more! Was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Just check out their website and how basic it is and you'll see how unprofessional it starts off.
