Bob just completed some bathroom, kitchen and toilet work for us, and the work was first class. We've been doing quite a few renovations around our house, and our past experience with tradesmen had not been so good. Bob has restored our faith that there are still honest, quality tradesman about. I would have no problems recommending him to anyone. His quote was exactly what we paid, and when he said he would be there, he came, on time, every time. Thanks very much Bob. A job very well done.

I have used Bob for a number of years and continue to use him and recommend him to friends and family to this day. You won't meet a more decent person and an excellent tradesman. If you want a plumber to do the right job and the right price then use Bob!

I guess I have to disagree with Luccille. I found Bob to be very up front and honest. He was on time and went out of his way to address any problems he found and the price he quoted was the price I paid. I would recommend Bob and his company and plan on using them again.

In my opinion enormous increase in price after the quote expired, arrogant on the phone when asked to justify the increase. Can only warn you before this firm.

  I haven't done a quote for anyone named Luccille, so I guess this review was written by Luccille on behalf of the man who phoned me regarding a quote I originally did on 24 November 2009. Interesting that he doesn't identify himself.
  I have chosen to reply, as my reputation, honesty & integrity have been questioned.
  To answer your accusations:
  The original quote was done at a discounted rate for a family member;
  The quote clearly stated that the price quoted expires after 30 days;
  The quote was accepted over 3 months after the original date;
  No contact was received by me during that time;
  I added 7.5% to the original price on the revised quote dated 03 March 2010 - this was to cover the increases in material, insurances etc. & is standard practise in business.
  I tried to explain this on the phone and was constantly spoken over in a very aggressive tone. To then come to a website & write a one-sided, anonymous review, as a form of attack, well, it speaks for itself. Bob Wrench
