Body Rocks is a revolutionary and newly patented method and device for improving stability and proprioception. Maintaining balance and stability is the essential component of movement. Whether you are an elite athlete, weekend warrior or recovering from injury - balance and stability is the foundation to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. 

The Body Rocks method and device was developed by Suzi Fischer a qualified Physiotherapist, Phys Ed teacher and Personal Trainer. Suzi has been training adults to move well and stay injjury free for the last 25 years. The Body Rocks method is built on several principles of motor learning and biomechanics, it is a motor control programme that teaches people to control movement before they attempt to create movement through strength and power exercises. Once the foundation of balance and stability has been established and practiced,  strength and power gains will naturally follow without the fear of injury.
