I had been looking for a gym for quite some time, that wasn't too overcrowded and offered a great range of classes. Body Shape caters for women only, so has a fun, friendly, clean and positive atmosphere where girls don't feel intimidated to work out! Maybe for the first year i'll be saying bring on summer and haul out the bikini!
