This is a complete health and recovery package, incorporating rehabilitation, soft tissue manipulation and exercise, as appropriate. Each individual is different and each treatment is based on the individual need. 

The area of concern will be treated along with linked musculature related to the cause of dysfunction. This approach enhances the overall function of the body, dealing with any compensation issues and restoring balance and alignment. Suggestions may be given on appropriate exercise and specific targeted stretches to assist with rebalancing and prevent reccurrence.
In delivering a clinical massage treatment, I use a combination of postural analysis, muscle testing, muscle energy techniques, resisted stretches, clinical & sports massage and trigger point therapy to achieve the best results for each individual.
