They are decent but cold unfriendly and uses excess talc when prepi g for threading. Needs to not be so heavy handed and rough when applying baby powder to the skin around the eyebrows. The after care is terrible. They just applied a harsh toner to my skin even though I specificly told them prior to threading that I have sensitive skin. They also roughly wiped excess powder & threaded hair...this technique stretches the fragile skin under & around the eye. The worst part was that they ran 20mins late! I arrived 5 mins early so I waited for 25 mins while being entertained by a clueless hairdresser (management rents the space in the esprit salon). Was very irritating & inept to say the least.
