Reviews of Bondi Icebergs Club
We decided to come here to Icebergs in Bondi Beach today for lunch. We tried calling before to reserve a spot but they were already booked. Once we got there we only waited about 15 mins for a table which was great because we got a spot on the balcony! The view is amazing and so refreshing. You can see the whole of Bondi Beach. We ordered the seafood platter for two which was $70 and all worth it! They are really big portions and are generous with the amount of seafood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Bondi. It's such a nice club whilst getting the whole 'Bondi' experience! Great place to come on a hot summers day but make sure to get there nice and early!
Flew to Sydney for a girls weekend and Bondi Icebergs was on our 'to do list'. And we weren't disappointed! Awesome view, friendly staff and good prices! I know we have some awesome places with a beach view here in Queensland, but love or hate NSW, you have to give credit where it is due. This place is awesome! Totally recommend!
You cannot beat the view here, it is such a special spot. I had the Bergs breakfast which was a really good meal - not as good as some other Bondi cafes but a good solid meal. No fresh juice was a shame but when you're sitting on the balcony watching the ocean you'd be hard pressed to be too fussy. A great place to take visitors to Sydney or just an easy meal out.
The pool is a great place for a dip but the RSL (upstairs from the pool) is really a great place for a meal/drink.
It may not be as nice as the dining room (above the RSL) but it's views are just as good and it's not over-priced like it's flashy upstairs partner.
Good, wholesome food with a family (and wallet) friendly environment.
The outside tables are hard to come by on a nice day but provide a great view over Bondi should you be lucky enough (or early enough) to get one. The Ocean is so close you can feel the sea spray on your face.
There's a plasma which often shows sports games and you're always likely to see one or two rugby/cricket tragic devotees with their eyes glued to the TV.
Great for a Sunday afternoon meal or beer. Just get there early to avoid disappointment.
