I took my boat trailer there for rego inspection. I left the trailer there and got the blue slip (plus new lights at a pretty steep price). Next day I spend 2 hours getting to and from the RTA and being unsuccessful with the rego as the garage put the wrong VIN number on the paperwork. When I told them this they were SUPER RUDE, hung up on me and then made me wait 2 hours until they returned from lunch to get the paperwork fixed. When you pay someone $100 an hour for their labor and they have no concern in wasting your time you have to think twice about using them again. Never again for this consumer, I would rather deal with people who value their customers.

We took our 1977 Kombi van there to get the gearbox done and it was just a nightmare that left us without our van for almost 3 months. They bought a second hand gearbox which at the end it was not working. They couldn't find another one, so the process became tedious and dragging.. We finally decided to take our van to another mechanic (VW specialist) and got a reconditioned gear box in 2 days.... So the way they managed the repair was awful. And to make everything even worse, they thrown away the old gearbox which we could have used to partially paid our new gearbox! And that's not the end, in the meantime they put the wrong sparkplugs and they lost our fuel cap!! All this cost us an extra $500 dollars and 3 months without our van. Please, do not go there!!

I took my relatively new car there for a pink slip yesterday. A very rude & clearly annoyed staff member who said they had to go soon told me that I needed approx $600-700 worth of service before I could get the pink slip. I was suspicious because they said the brakes were almost gone & I nearly get whiplash with my brakes because they are so sharp. I told them that I would be taking the car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion & they insisted that I pay the pink slip fee of $34 anyway. So I did.

The next mechanic I took the car to immediately told me that my car does not require a pink slip because it is new. Upon closer inspection of the rego papers I could see it in big bold letters "INSPECTION NOT REQUIRED". I was horrified.

I rang the other mechanic to inform them & ask for my money back - on principle. They VERY rudely told me that I had asked for a service & they performed it & that it was not their responsibility to inform me that the car did not require a pink slip. Unbelievable.

Please don't go there.
