Although Boonooroo Caravan Park is in a lovely spot I would NOT recommend staying here to anyone. The facilities, or lack of, are extremely run down and management is rude and not at all helpful. The park is overcome with rules and regulations and overall has an unfriendly vibe. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

  Hi, Im so glad I read this. I just read another comment very similar. We want to stop at a nice clean caravan park with good fishing on our way from Rainbow Beach to Hervey Bay. I was thinking about Poona Palms Caravan Park. Have you seen or heard good things about that one?
