Outdoor: this is Sydney, we're the luckiest people in the world - training outdoors in inspirational locations reminds us of that and makes the pain and sweat a bit more bearable, and gets us out of bed when the snooze button beckons.
Group training: it's all upside, no downside - you get the expertise and attention of a highly qualified personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. And keeping our groups girls only (no more than 12) means we stay more motivated and also turns workout into girl-time.
Designed by women: we've known for years that men are lazy, and need to be constantly pushed ? that's why the barbecue never gets cleaned and men need sergeant majors yelling at and bullying them at boot camp to get results. Unlike the boys, we women are used to hard work and we don't need the whistle and whip - we want encouragement to get us stared, expertise to keep us going and results ? that's why we've designed booty camp to get the results without the ranting.
Designed for women: our reasons for wanting to get fit are as complex as we are, its about knowing we could still play a full game of netball - if you wanted to, it's about looking in the mirror and wishing we had our bodies, its about confidence inside and out. It's not because we need to change - we're fabulous already, its because we are always challenging ourselves, and perfect can be bettered. So booty camp courses are designed for women who are pretty damn good already but just want to get fitter, faster, stronger and more toned in the areas we girls care about.
