The Khmer cuisine served here is a mix of Chinese, French and Indian influences. Using his mother’s traditional recipes, owner Chan Uoy has created a unique restaurant in honour of Cambodia and its people. A fancy fit-out (complete with chandelier) has created a glamorous atmosphere in which to enjoy signature dishes such as Amok – the traditional fish curry served in a leaf-wrapped basket. Top notch service and a reasonably priced wine list give this place an extra tick.
