    I recently went to them and I will never go back. I asked for a full head of foils and a cut and was quoted $208 by staff who started doing my foils. They then called over other staff that were going to do my cut and asked to help them with the foils as it was taking them too long. They then packed up and went home and left the other staff to finish my foils. The heat thing was put over my head and after it beeped/finished I was left there for around 30 minutes while the remaining staff were trying to finish 3 other clients hair. While washing my hair they asked if the other staff had quoted me for some kind of treatment/product - I said I wasn't sure, only that I knew they quoted me $208. They replied knowing they would have and proceeded to put the treatment/product in my hair. Time to pay and they said oh didn't quote for the treatment...that is an extra $45. What a surprise. Before my visit to Bossy hair my hair has always been silky and smooth but now it feels like straw. Every time I comb it I lose so much hair (mostly highlighted hair) and seeing I have really thin hair to begin with I'm not happy!!

    I went to Bossy Hair for over two years without a problem, then ownership, staff and prices changed. I recently had foils and was charged $35 for a toner without being consulted with... and when I was asked whether I was having a blow dry, I said no, as I was going straight home afterwards. However, the hairdresser got the blowdryer out for her to check my colour, which dried the very top of my hair, leaving the bottom wet. I was then charged $12. I even queried both items as my daughter had recently got her toner for $8, and I assumed mine was the same. I was also told I had a blow dry! I was so disappointed, but just paid and left. It was such an upsetting experience after being a long term customer.

    WOW...great salon and great service.

    I recently immigrated from UK and normally went to Toni & Guy in Manchester, i can tell you the service was as good if not better. I got a full head of foils and a cut, the colour turned out excellent and the haircut was very impressive especially as i have hair which i am very fussy about.

    All in all a great experience, thank you Bossy Hair @ Albany Creek you have one customer who will be returning regulary.

    During my inital consultation the hairdresser didn't listen to me, and kept talking over the top of me. Whilst my hair colour turned out OK, the colour was not what I asked for. I was told they could put another colour in to make it like the swatch I was shown, but I didn't want to have to pay again for what they should have done in the first place. I booked in for a treatment which I did not receive, and had to pay $8 for a blow dry, where my hair was 'blow dried' to the point where is was still left WET and I looked like a drowned rat.

      I don't think a blowdry costs $8....that was a dry off you got. A blowdry costs way more than $8. I love the place, great staff and service.
