I have been shopping at Botanique for over 9 years now. It is my favourite local florist and where I always go to when I need to send flowers. My last bunch was just last week to a friend in hospital. They were just beautiful and exactly what I was picturing when I ordered and they have lasted so well. Thanks! -

Dissatisfied :( Very expensive, and for the price was disappointed with the amount of flowers - without any greenery - for my Mum's birthday present.
Why do potentially great florists change their names to charge more money to consumers? It's a shame.-

@missgreeny - True Local is here for a reason! To let Gold Coasters have their say on service etc - it's a 'shame' that you only come on here to rubbish people for giving a review. What would calling the florist do? Just let them know that I am dissatisfied? It stays with them! It's not like they will broadcast they have unhappy customers, goodness, for heaven's sake just let people have their say!1 year ago

actually I'm with missgreeny, if you contacted the florist directly you would found that they could of resolved your issue. I believe this is the best florist on the coast and I had my wedding flowers done by them and will definitely be back for more of their beautiful flowers. :)1 year ago
