This veterinary practice is great. Staff are always friendly and helpful and help those from all walks of life. I use them all the time and refer people to them. Couldn't get better.

Sought assistance to put down dog which had just threatened mother and baby. Mother had three children under two years old (including crippled twins) and had no family or friends available at the time to assist.
Only assistance offered was for mother to purchase 'sleeping' tablets from them to give dog and then they would come the next day to take it away. Mother not in position to travel to Boundary Road Vets to buy tablets due to high emotion of just saving child from savaging from dog, and tending three loud babies.
Boundary Road Vets quoted price to remove dog at $480 plus consultion fee, as minimun cost if all went well.
Their offer was refused POLITELY but receptionist became abusive and stated a consultation fee would be charged in relation to the telephone call. Invoice for a consultation later received in mail.
