    A nice surprise! We had an urgent need for last minute accommodation near to Box Hill hospital and this seemed reasonable.

    It turned out to be the BEST stay in any suburban Melbourne motel we have enjoyed for years.

    Obviously being progressively renovated ( but only during normal work hours, and quietly) our room was as up to date (big HDTV ) as you could wish for.
    It fronts a busy road but is mostly set well back from it.

    For a really quiet room, request one that is close to the large parkland at the rear (walking tracks too)

    Definetely a big Bang for your buck.. and a quiet one at that!
