    BEWARE!
    I used BPI as building and pest inspection for the purchase of a property. Terrible service.
    Completed inspection in around 30 mins and missed many things I would expect to be found in an inspection.
    Toilets and taps not working at all, doors and windows not opening and most costly of all major water leak and major water damage to cupboards.
    When I discovered these problems upon moving into property I contacted BPI. They were arrogant and did not accept any wrong doings and had no explanations despite me having other builders and plumbers support the fact these were long standing issues with the house.
    Do yourself a favour and spend the extra money on a reputable inspector.
