    Booked online for lunch 1230 today (Monday). On arrival at restaurant it was closed. Trading hours sign said it should be open from 0800 on Mondays. Rang their number - no answer. Very disappointing.

    I had a really good time with mum last week. Bpo has a very upbeat and spacious air to it with music and lighting. We both had the dinner special which was great value for money.I had the veal which tasted great. Our waitress was quick to check up on us and she always smiled. for desert we kept it simple, we had gelato.I would definitely go back.

    Extremely disappointing overall experience. The decor is nice but unfortuantly that is all. The food is overpriced, presented very poorly and lacking in substance. All the main dishes come with just the meat, no sides or salads, those you have to pay additionally for. I ordered a side of oven roasted potato but was given a small bowl of microwaved greasy potatoes. The desserts were also a major downfall as the petite four we ordered came out as 10 cut up pieces of tarts and the creme brulee was bland and tasteless.

    With the price so high and the quality of food so low, I will definitely not return nor recommend this restaurant.

    Nice venue in the restored Beecroft Post office building. Jazz music resounds over the area on Sundays and there is a wide selection of drinks.
    Food was good but a little pricey in terms of value.

    I was a little disappointed by the Post Office. It's a lovely venue and nice atmosphere but the service was really slow and the food was overpriced. As an example I paid $12 for a slice of lemon and lime tart and it arrived broken down the middle. There was no apology or offer of a replacement. In fact it had been dusted with icing sugar in a broken state so they obviously didn't think there is any problem with bad plating of food. The food tasted nice enough, but maybe I've just watched too many episodes of Masterchef, because I felt they missed the mark.

    BPO have great food and a very nicely laid out resturant. Their staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Some of the rices are quite high, and the service can get a little bit slow. But if you've got plenty of time and money, its a great place to eat out.

    It is a little expensive but they do have really nice food. Some of their pastas were really nice, yet some of their other dishes were not quiet what you would expect in a restaurant like that.

    The kitchens used to be amazing here, but I think they have changed the chef - the eggs benedict was clumpy and the eggs themselves were over poached. How do you overpoach an egg?
