The most amazing Hot Chocolates I have ever tasted. Order the Hot Milk Chocolate - incredible! They also have white and dark chocolate too which I haven't tried yet. I have only had takeaway from there but each time I have been the customer service has been good.

Bad service we were treated so badly I never want to go back.

I rarely write a bad review but I went there a while back with a friend and they took forever to bring out our fruit & chocolate fondue. That's not all though. My friend & I were busy talking so we did lose track of time, but when we finally asked about it thinking we had waited a long time. We got accused again & again of lying by different staff members. We were told it was brought out & we had eaten it & were looking for a second serving. Weird. We got abused again & again, though they finally brought out our fondue after many arguments, when I tried to talk to management as we left to complain, the owners were not present & the staff at the counter proceeded to tell us they didn't believe us either. It was just wrong. I never want to go to the Bracegirdles at Glenelg again.

Apparently Bracegirdle's have the best waffles in Adelaide... so when my friends decided it was time for me to try this place a few years ago, I agreed and they took me here. So they ordered the waffles, I ended up ordering the Bread and Butter Pudding (from memory and wasnt that great) because I could just try the waffles from them. So yeah, I tried it and it wasnt that spectacular. I remember saying to them that Ive had better waffles before. But I would go back though only because I love chocolates and sweets... Its an ok location down at Glenelg, but it doesnt stand out too much as the color of the place just blends in with its neighbours.
