I have been going to Brad Ngata's salon in Surry Hills for 6 years and have never once been disappointed, They are all very talented, and I go for both Cut and colour the great thing as well is that all the staff are trained the same way so if I do happen to need to see someone other than my colourist I feel safe. Keep up the good work guys.

Always a great experience at Brad Ngata! Ive been getting my haircut by Brad for 10 years - since darlinghurst opened! And they always nail it. Great location in Darlinghurst and the salon feels really fresh and homey. Brad and Glenn continually inspire a great team of stylists and colourists, and deserve all the success they've had. You won't be disappointed.

I love these guys! This is so much more than just a haircut and colour - though they do that darn well and have all the awards on the mjantlepiece to prove it - what I love is the fun i have when i go. Remington cuts my hair and he cracks me up. He just did my wife's extensions too and even though I'm not allowed to touch her hair now, she really loves them. We both see Sandy or Teresa for our colours and they always nail it. Even all the kids are great and Josh makes a perfect soy latte. I couldn't recxommend them too highly - thanks to all the guys for a few years now of keeping me in preened perfection.

It was my first visit (if you call it that).

I arrived on time for my appointment after confirming the appointment time via sms. When I arrived there was fluster everywhere.

I waited, waited .......

Finally I was told my hairdresser was running behind and I told them I needed to be out by the hour.

I waited, waited.......

Was taken to my seat and ........

I waited, waited........

Was finally told my hairdresser would not be able to cut my hair as she was so very behind on her work.

That was it - I wasted my time for them to tell me after half an hour it wasn't going to happen. There was no call before I arrived to pre-warn me about the delay and even after I told them I could wait beyond an hour I was still led down the garden path. PATHETIC

I wouldn't walk in this place if you have a life and wanted to live it. You may never come out.

If a salon promotes itself as being high end - don't you deserve honest service (and at least a haircut). They charge cancellation fees - if only we could do the same back to them.

The pits! Don't do it!

Being a regular of this hair salon for over 4 years, it used to boast a friendly and non-pretentious services. Lately I have found that the quality and friendliness of thier services has taken a dive and you can no longer guarantee coming out and looking fantastic. Also they have lost many of thier great staff.
