I have now bought 2 cars from Brad, and after trawling Carsales for the best deal can tell you they do sell the best value prestige cars in Victoria. They will be very frank with you, which suits me as they understand that I have a good knowledge about cars. If you want the red carpet treatment go to a mian dealer, but you will pay for it
. I would recommend Bradleys to anyone who wants a fair price for a fair car and simple honesty.

Could not advise you well enough to STAY AWAY.
Bought a car and it was great to look at, but was burning engine oil something chronic.
Took it back to Bradley's, they claimed to fix it but instead just put thicker oil in the engine.
Then when the problem persisted after I drained their oil and put in regular oil, they tried to encourage me to use the warranty to get it fixed. The warranty covered up to $1000, the problem was a $4000-$5000 job.
Got stuck with a lemon, please be careful.

I recently brought a car from bradley's prestige. There were a few things that needed to be fix. I payed the full amount and they promise to repair the problems after the weekend. I return the vehicle and nothings was done. They stuffed around with phone calls. Be very careful.

  Firstly, Bradleys Prestige sold 326 cars last financial year with 3 unsatisfied customers thats less than 1% of sales, these cars were once 100k and now there 20k your going to have issues and 50% of our stock have no statuatory warranty hence why we have our own workshop to accomodate as in kcb case we will not supply updated sat nav disks and sometimes with 1 mechanic customers may have to wait , we offer loan cars and try and accomodate thankyou bradleys prestige

I have never bought a car before in my life but have just bought a car from Bradleys in Braeside and have to say that I am very happy with the service I received and the car is an absolute ripper! The audi I just bought had no radio code like kcb100, I accept that, something to do with the battery being replaced I think, and I had to get in touch with audi about the nav system. I asked the question and got an answer before I handed over the cheque - the cd wasn't included in the price. The guys were helpful and with all the questions I bombarded them with they provided great service and were always happy to help. I have to disagree with the reviews from these other two guys who dissed Bradleys ; I paid a good dollar for a great car and got honest, reliable service.

i did have the same experience with this guys. They promise you every thing, and at the moment you paid for the car they don't remember anything. They have all kind of excuses and they will even say that they never said that. I will never go back there. Even if you have to pay a bit more for the same car somewhere else, go and buy somewhere else. You will make the money back in no time.

  looked at there cars , there well priced and spoke to them, my brother bought a car from them, all good so far 6 months , maybe you just expected too much from a used prestige car did you get a warranty
