Just called to ask for availability and for combining a LivingSocial voucher. The staff, who didn't provide a name, rudely started insulting me after I asked for to specify their conditions. When the staff started to swear - it was enough for me.

I can only hope that you're reading this review early enough to definitely not do ANY bookings with this company - fortunately, there are several others providing the same service.
