    I went to get my first brazilian wax at brazilian butterfly carlton today. I was very nervous and my nerves were not calmed upon entering the salon. The music was very loud, I was expecting something more relaxing. The staff was very brisk, did not introduce themselves and left me in the room by myself (I presume to undress) When they came back I explained that it was my first time and that I was nervous. They did not explain what would be happening and just got right to it! When it was over they did not offer ANY after care instruction and when I asked all they did was give me a pamphlet and left me with the staff. While the wax was VERY quick (only 10 mins!) and not that painful (they paid very close attention and did a great job) I was so disappointed with the lack of effort into making their customers feel relaxed and comfortable. I wont be going back!
