I discovered that it is luck of the draw staying here. Each unit is privately owned and depends on which one you get. We stayed in a huge unit with amazing views from the 22nd floor and it was clean and modern. It has great facilities for the kids with the indoor pool shallow enough for the little ones to feel safe. Would recommend it but ask about the different rooms when you book! -

We stayed at this hotel this year it was our first family holiday ever.
What a disappointment you could not sit on the lounges as they were very dirty, as the bathroom and the floors. Also there was always some insects flying around all the time. Other then that it was OK.
