    After I paid for the visit, I was told I needed a part and would be rung when it came in, I was not, I had to follow this up, then I was told it would be another week before they could fit the part. I received a very arrogant response from them and they were very unsupportive asking: "...did I want the thing fitted then or not"... they refused to listen to the facts that I had already paid for the visit and that I'd already waited a week. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Excellent service and prices and the most freindly and helpfull staff I have come across in a long time, I reccomend this company to all and the free verbal asistance I was given saved me a lot of time and money.
