I ordered a leather lounge from them and waited 3 months for it to arrive.
When they delivered it they removed the packaging and it had a rip in it
They still wanted full payment I refused and ask them to fix it
I assumed they would replace the damaged piece of leather.
They turned up and fixed the tear with glue and demanded full payment or they would remove the lounge.
I paid the full amount as I could not wait 3 months for a new lounge.
I believe that this was not fair and would never purchase of them again
