    Not sure why I was singled out here. There are some great reviews about how good this business is. Is it too much to ask for an itemization of the bill? Invoice stated "work performed on property" when I pushed for details I was told "I'm not interested in itemizing per task as it doesnt matter, just the hours involved"? Surely the consumer has a right to ask for an itemization for the work performed for insurance and records purposes? This business seems like they go out of their way to help customers.I offered to catch up and discuss. I am more than happy to remove the poor rating review given a chance to discuss the itemization of the bill with them. Let's sit down and discuss please.

    Best Electrical company on the North side! I was called back promptly when I contacted them for a quote, I was given extra information and suggestions on the job I wanted done. On the day of the quote, someone from Management at Brian Bell Electrical arrived promptly, listened to my needs and made very helpful (and money-saving!) suggestions ... and provided a competitive quote on the spot. Even better - they could start immediately so the job was done that day! I was very happy with this company. Their number is saved in my phone, just where it will stay. I would highly recommend Brian Bell Electrical services to anyone.

    I used Brian Bell Electrical to for all of my electrical works in a renovation to my place at the end of last year. They were prompt, offered quotes up front and I had a hassle free experience. Very happy and will use again. Will gladly recommend.

    The staff who did the work were incredibly nice and genuine. I feel sorry that I have to give a bad review to the management when the staff who did the work tthemselves were great. If they were private contractors I'd hire them back anyday, but I would'nt deal with Brian Bell Electrical again.

    Everyone to do with this company was courteous and efficient. They provided a very competitive price, arrived on time as arranged to do the work, and left the area even cleaner than it was prior to starting work ! They even rang back today (two days later) to check that all was fine regarding their work. "Brian Bell Electrical" WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
