Legal and compliance consultant available to prepare your basic legal work for a fraction of your usual legal fees. Qualified to prepare, review and draft all your legal documents on your behalf to give to your lawyer to review. Once I have finished drafting, editing and preparing your document, I will send them to a lawyer of your choice (or I can recommend one) to review and approve. Because my fee is a fraction of a lawyers fees, you'll save money by hiring me to prepare your documents and only paying a solicitor to read, review and approve the legal document. I'll draft everything for you, laying the foundation for your lawyer, so they just need to review it.

ABOUT ME: In 2007, I graduated from Macquarie University with two degrees- one in Media and Communications [majoring in writing and journalism] and the other in Law. I am also admitted as a solicitor in NSW and have trained and worked as a summer clerk and paralegal in a prestigious Sydney law firm. As I was recently admitted into the Supreme Court of NSW, I am on a restricted practising certificate as a solicitor which means I cannot practice law unless I'm supervised. I am currently on sabbatical from the law firm in which I work, hence I am unsupervised and cannot act as a solicitor so I offer my services as a legal and compliance consultant. I am not purporting to be a solicitor, I cannot give you legal advice or represent you in court however I am well qualified- I have three years of Corporate experience in  law matters including Contracts and Intellectual Property, as well as five years of university and six months of college of law. 

MY WORK AND FEES
I am currently contracting for companies and individuals, including a leading international fragrance company and a leading Sydney DJ.
I charge $90 an hour for my consulting services, and I have been trained at a large corporate firm (where I was charged out at $250 per hour).
