    Saeedeh was very helpful and patient with my sister, mother and I while trying to find my wedding dress. Found one i loved but still went to appointments at other shops and realised how different the service and dresses were at Bridal Vision! Love my dress, so so excited!! :)) Thank you.

    The ladies that work there (Saeedeh, Behnaz, and another lady whos name ive forgotten) are an absolute delight. I could have not asked for any more assistance as they were helping me left, right and centre. They gave me honest opinions about all dresses I tried on and even though I hadn't made an appointment they all took time to help me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married! I am so in love with my dress I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day =)

    It's so funny as it doesn't look like we all visited the same shop when I read some reviews! lol
    I purchased a dress from Abbey Bridal 8 month ago & I cant describe how difficult they were to deal with!!!
    I was so desperate & anxious when I first visit Bridal vision ,they told me that I need to make an appointment & come back on Saturday, All staffs were so young ( that was making me worried whether I should trust them with my wedding dress or not ) but friendly & organized ,I exactly knew who is going to serve me & which fitting room I am going to use!
    after trying many dresses on, I got a beautiful designer dress that was made much quicker than I would imagine. the whole process was so easy & simple & at the end I received what I had been promised to receive.
    The only thing that was bothering me is their alteration place located far away & that delayed the process of getting my wedding gown ready. I even mentioned it to the management & they said they are getting alteraion hand in the shop from Jan 2012.anyway,too late for my wedding...
    I had a very pleasant experience of customer service there & the management must be so proud of their staffs.
    They also do a draw & give the whole purchase amount back to the winner, which I got my fingers crossed for it :-)

    (sorry, bride brain, I have forgotten your names :)

    I would just like to thank you all for your help with my wedding dress. When I came to your CBD store the first time, I found the sales staff to be really helpful. You listened to what I wanted and found something I hadn't seen myself which was truly perfect. I wasn't going to wear a veil either, but then a staffmember found me one that complimented the dress so well that I changed my mind on it! It looked great in the photos and the groom and my mother in law were rather happy I'd chosen to wear one!

    I felt beautiful and got lots of compliments on the day, so once again, a big thank you for helping me find the perfect dress (and veil and headpiece)!

    To Wonderful people from Bridal Vision,

    Please accept this message as recognition for the superb service I have received from your company.

    With the kind assistance and patience of your employee, Saeeda I was able to successfully purchase My Wedding Dress, 5 Bridesmaid Dresses and 2 Flower Girl Dresses with no delays.

    I initially placed a deposit in haste on a wedding dress that was not right for me. Saeeda kindly found a way to transfer my agreement to the perfect wedding dress which was worth every cent that I paid for it. Saeeda has also provided me with excellent but realistic discounts along the way and was even able to provide me with free alterations.

    Everyone in the city store was very attentive from beginning to end and gave us some excellent advice along the way. Thanks to the knowledge and skills of your staff, I have the perfect dresses for my special day.

    I will highly recommend your products and services to all of the future brides.

    Thank you Saeeda and everyone at Bridal Vision for all of your help.
