My Lady has been handcrafting corsets for more than 25 years combining tradition and modernism by using both ageless corsetiere knowledge and expertise but also revolutionary needlework and sewing technologies.Each My Lady corset is fully handmade and requires up to 100 hours of meticulous handcraft done by high skilled and trained seamstresses, dressmaker and jewellers. My lady uses only the most exquisite components and materials: Italian and French laces and fabrics and chosen Bohemian crystals. In order to reach the ultimate look, My Lady offers also a selection of exquisite accessories: jewellery, shoes, gloves, veils and shawl using the same detailing as the corset and the skirt.

    I went in with my sister and grandparents in search of an emergency dress after the wedding dress my sister originally bought did not fit. We explained the situation to three attendants who clearly didn't listen. They picked out cream and ivory dresses when we specifically asked for white and picked out dresses that were smaller than size we said we needed. The attendants were pushy, unprofessional and lacked any form of customer service skills. The three attendants were rude and began having an argument with each other in front of the four of us, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. We will never return to this store and I do not recommend going there.

    I ordered my dress back in January of 2012 now unfortunately i have had to cancelled my wedding dress, so i thought that would be easy i hadnt paid 60% of my dress off well it is now march 2013 and i am still chasing the refund. No one ever returns my calls or gets back to any email ive sent, it wasnt until i called my solicitor that some one rung me back and not only has every person i have ever spoken to there been nothing but rude but there was no sympathy for my situation they have all of my details to put the money back into my account and im still waiting....

    At first I thought I would be adding another negative review about this Bridal Shop.
    Our first visit to the store left myself ,my daughter and her bridesmaids with mixed feelings ! The had a very extensive range of dresses however some appeared to be in need of a good clean.The staff were disinterested and one was quite surly .My daughter however feel in love with a dress so we proceeded with the purchase of both the dress and 2 flower girls dresses .Fortunately the wedding dress arrived without a hitch fitted beautiful and all was well .Flower girls dresses not so lucky,After months of my daughter calling and getting the run around (they don't like to help or return promised calls ) I decided to take over.We were now 4 weeks out from the wedding,Although it was difficult to get answersI persisted and eventually was dealing with management turned things around and was more helpful ,The dresses arrived 2 weeks after this.Dealing with the seamstress (Miriam and staff) was very refreshing they couldn't have been more helpful with doing the final alterations ,they stayed back late to get the length of the flower girl dresses right.

    Horrible experience with my dress fitting. Staff in charge were rude, condescending, argumentative and outright disrespectful to both my mother and I who had spent over $2,000 in there shop for my wedding.
    Told me basically all the misinformation we had been given from there staff was our fault.
    Extremely rude.
    Will advise every one I know to never use them and wish I personally had gotten my dress elsewhere.

    Ordered my dress in July (with wedding the next feb) and was told all would be ready by mid-November.
    I am currently sitting (at 10 past 12, when it was schedualed for 11:30) waiting for my first fitting, 9 days before my wedding.

    Most stressful and disorganized part of my wedding. Save yourself the stress.

    I have had a terrible experience with bridal vision it is so disappointing when something is mean to be a happy part of your wedding and you get people who just dont care and just want your payment. The service was shocking and non existent. When I bought my dress I was told all alterations were included that I requested and then when I saw the tailor. They wanted to charge me for it. On top of that they were unhelpful and stated "why did you even buy the dress if you want to make any changes to it". I think it's so unreasonable that they don't allow for weekend fittings wetheril park is super far and people work. Finally I hardly ever write reviews on stuff but this was the most frustrating wedding supplier I've dealt with.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. Final payment was made on dress June this year and it is now October and have never seen or tried on the dress. Leaving for wedding in less than a week. All dreams of wedding have gone and are left with heartache of trying to find another dress. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE they hard sell, never return calls and don't care if they ruin our wedding dress dreams. I plan on seeking legal advice and consumer affairs.

      I completely agree with you. Ordered my dress in March was told it would arrive in September it arrived last week. I wanted to me a time to try it on and check if i need alterations and was told it had to be between monday and Friday.. hello people work I cant take time off for wedding dress fittings! Also same with returning the calls was left on hold several times for over 15 mins sent emails about entering the competition that were running as i wanted to enter as I had paid for my dress in full in the time frame.. didnt hear anything back. Staff told me everything I had on came in the price of the dress now i am being told that the hoop wasn't included and costs an extra $250 on top of the thousands of dollars I have already spent on my dress!I have to pick my dress up and it better be everything i dreamed of otherwise there will be hell to pay..
