    Fantastic gym, excellent friendly class and guide classes. Fantastic cardio room, with plasma screen tvs and lots of equipment. Nice spacious gym with plenty of room to move. Great atmosphere.

    Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. well equipted gym, great classes with happy enthusiastic instructors. great staff in the creche. Bright airy rooms. great open hours (creche could be open a little longer)

    A friendly and well equiped gym/fitness centre. The facilities are well maintained, clean and up to date. Group fitness classes are very well instructed and the staff are always VERY friendly and always willing to help.. Excellent gym to go to from beginners to those that know what to expect.. Highly recomend
