Do not use this company !!!!! The staff who moved us were nice but were over 3 hours late. The manager did not contact us at all and when we contacted him he was rude and arrogant.. When we asked him for a discount his comment was "thats unreal" and then went on to ask me what I planned on doing with the money ? As it turns out there are items broken. Very unreliable and very rude !!! Do not support this business.... -

Possibly the worst removalists I have ever encountered. So far, and we are only half way through unpacking, they have scratched and dented our fridge, scratched our dining room table, broken two lamps (they actually ripped out the attachment the lightbulb would screw into, and left wires exposed), and broken a set of drawers. The movers were surly, seemed oblivious to the fact that they were getting paid, and seemed to be of the opinion they were doing us a favour, and also broke common property for the apartment building that has cost the strata over $700 to repair. When moving stuff into our apartment, they had NO TROLLEYS, so boxes were LITERALLY thrown on the floor regardless of what was written on them (ie Fragile - wine). They had absolutely no idea how to negotiate corners with large objects (again, maybe a trolley would have helped?), so we spent the first hour after we moved in repairing damage to corners of the apartment and the building where they had scratched surfaces. We would have laughed at what we saw except we were seeing our possessions being damaged. I can't be clearer about this review, if you hire these guys, then don't moan that you were not forewarned. I can't believe this website actually makes me give them half a star. -

At all costs do not use this company. I am honest and this is the truth. They were shocking. Over 3 hours late. When called them...bad traffic...truck broken down...
Didn't even brin a trolley?
Anyway, do yourself a favour and DON'T use them. -
These guys are awesome - have now used the twice to move and they are great. So much cheaper than the others we had looked so there was no question who we would use this time around. I couldn't believe just how quick they were and how they managed to get our stuff upstairs! So impressed - if you are moving.. give them a call!! -

Bris Vegas Removals helped my sister move and I was there to help out if needed. I was impressed these guys handled it all themselves and did so in a timely manner. As far as price goes they're pretty competitive because my sister is always looking for a deal. Glad I didn't have to do any work so props to these guys. -

There was a slight mix up with the time but a quick call resolved that. Was originally scheduled to pickup at noon and at 12:15 nobody was there so I rang them and they said they were scheduled for 2:00pm but they resolved it and had someone over at 12:30. Was really impressed at how they handled the situation. A good service. -

Excellent move. The guys were quick to load and unload and ended up saving me $475 from the next closest quote. I was a little skeptical at first with the price being so low, but it ended up being such an excellent deal. A few things could have been a little better, but they're only minor and trivial. That's why I only took off half a star. Would definitely use this service again for my next move.
