    Both Tanya and myself are really happy with the service and professionalism shown by The Big Fella Barney, Miles, Jared and also Damien who were nothing short of meticulous in their approach to the installation and explanation of both of our units.

    Big wraps to the boys who listened to the requests that I made upon arrival re placement of the units and also down to the positioning of the wiring looms for my future renovation plans. My wishes were carried out as much as practicality allowed. As explained to Miles on the day of installation that type of service is exactly what won BrisbaneAir the job in the first place. As a small business owner myself and being in a similiar service industry (that of a handyman), I understand what it means to go that little bit extra for your clients and, based on my appraisal of the install and associated clean up, would unreservedly recommend you to any of my clients who might be in the need for air-conditioning services.

    We have now had several days of beautiful air-conditioned comfort with many more on the horizon!! Bring on the next hot summer I say!!

    Renovation after the Floods.
    With the floods in January 2011, we made many friends and count Brisbane Air as one of them. They not only gave us a great price, but a fantastic service and advice. Most inmportantly is that when they came on board, we did not have to worry about that part of our rebuilding project. They stood by us for almost six months as our home was being demolished and then rebuilt again
    If you need Air Conditioning, I would strongly recommend them.

    A Huge Thank you to Ian & his Installation Team. I just had 2 airconditioning units installed & was extremely impressed with the efficiency of his Team. They are polite, well presented, pay attention to detail & are just overall considerate of your home & your furnishings.
    It was a wet day & they brought towels along to protect my wooden floors from water & dirt.

    They also took my 2 very curious toddlers into consideration when walking around & opening & closing doors. Nothing was a bother or any trouble.

    After one onsite visit and fast quote the installation team turned up when we expected them. They were well-presented and well-mannered and respected our property as if it were their own. The only evidence they'd been was the beautiful cool air coming out of our new air conditioner!

    An extremely positive experience overall. Would highly recommend Brisbane Air for cost efficiency, professionalism and workmanship.

    What more can I say, Quoted and delivered as sold. One visit from Ian and the solutionw as sorted. On the day the supervisor went through professionaly and discussed the exact location of the vents and ensured our satisfaction prior to cutting holes. He was also thorough in his inspection before discussion this isn detail with us.

    All done with one presales visit, and the 1 day installation. follow up service and attention has been excellent.

    Already recommended to a friend and they have had the same results.

    Thank you so very much for the recent installation of our airconditioner Ian. I didn't even get to meet the lads but I can tell they took a lot of pride in their workmanship by the absolute attention to detail of the finished product - I couldn't fault it.

    My wife and I are very happy with the service from Ian and his installation team so at the very least get a quote and if you can afford it - just do it - you won't be let down.

      We contacted a number of different companies and can also confidently recommend this company. From our initial contact with Ian, to the prompt quote (also our cheapest quote)
      , the exceptional customer service and speedy installation, overseen by Barney (a few hours), we could not have been happier with our air conditioning installation. If you are thinking of having air conditioning installed you really should consider this business. I also appreciated the professional manner of their installation team, their attention to details like having the vents all in line and the clean up job at the end (they even wiped the tops of my fans to get the dust off.) These may seem like small things but together they made for an easy, stress free experience. Thank you, Tanya & Jonathon.
