I put my sports car in here a number of years ago. I clearly advised them how to work the alarm and access to it. Upon my return I found the vehicle, unalarmed, battery flat and dirty grubby finger marks all over it. They had stuffed up the alarm. I had to pay an alarm company to get it all reset. The whole time my car was in their possession it was not alarmed. They did not ring me whilst I was away and ask me how could they rectify the problem. They did not offer to clean the car after obviously many hands had been on it trying to fix the alarm issue. I phoned and emailed the management a number of times to try and get reimbursement for the alarm reset - they dragged it out so long and never got back to me and their attitude was haughty and disgraceful. Please, DO NOT EVER USE them. -

DO NOT USE THIS PARKING COMPANY
Although we paid for undercover parking the car was parked outside in the mud. Floor, inside door panel and tyres completely covered in mud. The outside so thick with dirt we were not able so see through the windows. Totally argumentative staff at pickup and then total refusal to contact/speak to you afterwards. USERS BEWARE!!
