My husband and I were industry first timers as we set out to complete major renovations on our house which included raising our house, the addition of a large deck and a swimming pool. BBAC were highly recommended by many residents and industry professionals in our local area. The service they offered us was not only professional, efficient and thorough, but they also went out of their way to make sure we understood what things we needed to do and guided us through the process - as building first timers this support and information was priceless. -

I was new to the building game and this small but experienced office gave me the time and effort needed to accelerate construction of my new house. They offered a very personal service and I was able to do business with them outside usual office hours which was a huge convenience to my partner and I. They were patient, honest and professional. They have kept promising to complete the approvals and send us and our builder copies but nothing has been delivered. Responses have been: "We'll get it started tomorrow" "I'll send it tonight" "I was going to drop it round next week" "I'll email it to you today or tomorrow" We've had to do lots of chasing, so in my opinion they have so much work on that they don't care or they are just excelling at bad customer service.
