BCY caters to people who work/live in the city. We have Power Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga (Deep Stretch), Pilates, Body Balance, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Classes run all day from early morning till late evening.

    Great if you're looking for lots of classes and variety - there are at least 6 classes a day, 90 minute sessions are the norm with shorter sessions for those who want their lunch time yoga fix. Unlike upmarket city gyms, the facilities are a bit basic but it's worth it not to have music and noise disturbing into your yoga practice.
