    Great team of agents. They gave me an accurate appraisal, a realistic plan to get my home sold and did everything they said they would do. I had my house for sale with a different agency (small local one) for 3 months with no action at all and when Brisbane Real Estate took over, there was a real difference. They sold it within a month after bringing me 2 offers. The other agent didn't even get me one offer. If you are looking to sell, I recommend Brisbane Real Estate.

      Nice "ad" for Brisbane Real Estate. There is nothing wrong with smaller agencies. It usually comes down to the individual salesperson, not the agency.

    I recently sold my home through Brisbane Real Estate and I couldn't be happier! From the outset Brisbane Real Estate's professionalism and attention to detail was meticulous. They gave us a realistic understanding of the process involved in the sale of the family home along with a detailed plan to get it sold. This resulted in a sensational result in a very tough market. Not only did they do everything they said they would do, the went above and beyond by consistently following up with the Courier Mail, Brisbane News and other publications to get us a huge amount of free advertising.

    Throughout the entire process, they were always proactive, professional and sensitive to our concerns. We are grateful for the smooth and efficient manner in which our home was sold. We strongly recommend that if you are considering selling, you should speak to them!

    We recently bought a home through this company and were not impressed with either thier confidentiality or attention to detail of the requests we made. Constant instruction to maintain our privacy and have the home removed from the web immediately fell on deaf ears, it took several reminders to remove it and maintain our privacy. Yes our home is lovely, but imagine our disgust when it was back on the web site as a sold house complete with purchase price details. Confidentiality not a high priority in this company

    I'm afraid that the owner is not a member of the REIQ and for pretty good reason. Generally regarded as although the biggest agency in the area and with some good staff, it is best to chose a smaller agency.
