the doctors are very knowledgeable and fast to get you through once your in the consultation room, but some reception staff are poor they have poor organisation skills. they cannot give a reasonable estimated waiting time. 1hr waiting time is actually 3.5hrs. open surgery where bookings are taken over the counter (no phone bookings) but neglect to you inform you that the doctor has prebooked consultation. highly recommend going to a real surgery
