At Broadway Park we pride ourselves on the size and quality of our paddocks. Each horse 
has a full 1 acre paddock with automatic water, shelter and electric fencing. Enough 
room and self sustaining grass for any horse to feel like a horse, not an over grown 
dog! 
 
But at Broadway Park we look after our riders too. From tie up & hose down areas, to 
feed sheds and our lungeing round yard... 
 
And then there's the arenas.... 
 
Our brand new huge, fully fenced and drained 30m x 55m showjumping arena should be our 
new show piece... but it has been out shone by our even newer, smarter, 60m x 20m 
fenced, covered and floodlit dressage arena.  
 
Yes at Broadway Park your agistment money is well spent, rain, hail or seering heat... 
night or day... riding is always an option.
