Great salon for a Brazilian, I have been visiting this salon for nearly 2 years now & with the exception of a couple of times have had a fabulous wax every time! Great prices & friendly staff.

I always have my waxing done at Bronzed Brazillian because they do a great job. There has been a few times though when I have to wait for a while as they're pretty busy in the evenings.

WHAT A JOKE!!! WHAT'S THE POINT OF CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT ANYWAY??? I REPLY TO YOUR "COURTESY TEXT" FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT I HAVE & EVERY TIME I SIT THERE IN YOUR SQUASHED WAITING AREA.... WAITING FOR AGES!!! THE FLOORS IN THE SPRAY ROOMS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY & YOU END UP WITH THE SOLES OF YOUR FEET A DARK YUKKY BROWN. I WON'T GO THERE ANYMORE... I NOW GO TO ELLA BACH'E WHICH IS AWESOME. THE GIRLS THERE ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS & FRIENDLY.
OH & ONE LAST THING.... THE TOWELS THERE ARE DISGUSTING, THERE ALL HARD LIKE CARDBOARD, SO HARD IN FACT THEY SCRATCH YOU!!! NOT EXACTLY NICE FOR A RELAXING TREATMENT!!!
MAYBE YOU SHOULD START LISTENING TO YOUR CLIENTS CAUSE AT THIS RATE YOU WON'T HAVE ANY LEFT :)

  Kelly, the only time we occassionally run late is for Spray Tans on a Thursday night, and that is never more than 15 minutes. If its more than 15 minutes, we offer you a discount for having to wait beyond your appointment time (if you haven't been offered a discount, then you haven't had to wait. Please feel free to call the salon if this isn't the case) The floors of each spray room are mopped between each client, and there are towels to stand on so you don't get marked feet. All rooms are fully extracted so the over-spray is minimal.We have two Tan rooms running fully booked from around 3pm to 8pm each Thursday night, which equates to about 40 tans in that time frame. Why are we so busy? Because we are very good at what we do, and our bookings show that, and our return clients show that. Each salon does in excess of 100 each & every week, and our clients are happy, and thats what counts. I'm glad you've found a salon that suits your tastes & budget, and we wish you all the best. I will never EVER return to this salon!!! I went there last Thursday night as I traditionally have every week. I had made a booking there for every thursday night up until new years eve. When I was taken through to the treatment room the staff left whilst I undressed for my spray tan but left the door open as they were getting me a face washer to wipe my face clean prior to the spray tan... while they were in the backroom I could here other staff in there. At the end of my spray tan the staff said now I've been asked to tell you that unless you send us a text every week confirming yur appointment we will be cancelling it!!! I said I have exactly the same appointment booked every week at the same time & have never missed one so I don't understand why I have to reconfrim my appointment every week... They said oh well the same rule applies for everyone & we can't bend the rules. It was at this stage that it had hit me.... They were all talking about me!!! I was mortified!!! How dare they treat a good repeat customer like that??? I even suggested paying for a session 1 week in advance to guarantee the appointment!!! It was AWFUL standing there in your gstring defending yourself & trying to negotiate a soloution to there system. I know some may think just send them text but unfortunatley I work in the corporate world working min 70hrs a week & I'm extremely busy hence why I have a schedualed appt every week. So technically what they were saying was they won't except you as a client if you don't have a mobile to text them every week???

I had recommended them to my friends but after this episode none will return... Nice work!!!

  You forgot to mention a few things in this review. You have been asked to confirm your appointments each week by simply returning our confirmation text message that is sent to all clients. All of our clients have the courtesy to reply, with either a Y for Yes I will be there, or a N for No I can't make it, excpet in your case where you refused to do so. All of our clients are sent a second text to confirm (just in case they missed the first message), as were you on every occassion, however you still didn't have the courtesy to reply. We always have people on waiting lists for Tans on Wed & Thurs nights, and if we have bookings that aren't confirmed by lunch time (we assume you no longer want the appointment) then we delete the unconfirmed bookings, and put someone on the waiting list in at that time.
  You also forgot to mention that you had previously not turned up for 2 tan appointments that you had made. Our policy is clear, and is accepted by 99.9% of our clients.

  In response to Bronzed Brazillians statement.... You know that is a complete fabrication of the true & factual events. I had never missed one appointment. It is extremely sad that Bronzed brazillian has to fabricate such ludicrous story instead of appologising to their clients. I have never written a review on a company until now because I feel so strongly about my treatment... why would anyone write a bad review if they were in the wrong??? I now understand why that place has such a high staff turnover...

  I've been looking at your client card, and You were right 135, it wasn't 2 No Shows, it was actually 3 !!. 2 were at Cannon Hill, and 1 was at Toowong. After 3 No Shows for appointments you would have had you're remaining appointments cancelled anyway, and you wouldn't have been able to rebook in any of the salons in the future, so I guess its worked out best for all concerned.

  Wow!!! I often read reviews to places I intend going to however by the comments made by either a staff member or management I would not want to go there. I being a manager myself found the comments by the Salon to be down right rude and would never have commented but rather turn the situation around by trying to encourage my customers to come back if unsatisfied. All I can say is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and you need a lesson in diplomacy. SHAME ON YOU.

  I was considering contacting your salon in regards to laser hair removal...but no thanks...not with a response like that! A simple apology or even offering a phone call to the client to explain the situation? But no...

I tried this Salon last week, and I had the best Brazilian ever!!. I've been a brazilian girl for about 3 years now, and this last one was sooooooo much better than I've ever had before. The girls were lovely, made me feel very comfortable & the end result was wonderful. They only used hot wax on me, not a strip wax like my old salon used to use. It too a bit longer to do, but the end result was worth it. They only charged me $45 for my Brazilian, so they are not as dear as the others either. Love the Salon girls!
