The first Australian Lyceum church built specifically for Spiritualism

A warm welcome to all on behalf of the Brunswick Spiritual Lyceum Church

The Brunswick Spiritual Lyceum was originally established in 1903 as a Childs Spiritualist Lyceum situated and located at the Mechanics Institute on corner of Glenlyon Street and Sydney Road Coburg. In 1910 we moved to our current address at 259 Victoria Street Brunswick.

Our services contain no dogma although a format is followed such as Hymns, Lyceum reading followed by a talk on the philosophy of Spiritualism, healing and meditation. There are also guest mediums, giving demonstrations of Communication with Spirit which is followed by afternoon tea.

We also conduct special events such as evenings of clairvoyance, private sittings, spiritual workshops, divine dining evenings and more.

Visitors are welcome. We look forward to seeing you at our church.
